Q: Where can I purchase Amomax products?

A: To purchase Amomax products, please shop our online store or visit an authorized Amomax retailer.

Q: Can I ship to a PO Box?

A: Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO Boxes. Please use a physical address to ship to.

Q: Can I return a Clearance item?

A: We do not accept returns of clearance items. All sales on clearance items are final and are not able to be returned or refunded.

Q: You don’t make the tactical gear I need at the moment. Will you make them in the future?

A: We are happy to collect your request for new products. All your requests will be record and passed on to our R&D team for consideration. Please complete the Contact Us form and a customer service member will be in touch with you soon to address this with you directly.

Q: I lost one of the parts, can I order it only?
